Pokemon Naranja takes place in Orange Islands.

The old version was called Pokémon Orange Islands, it was being made by Numus, Ra and Serg!o.
Unfortunately the team decided to separate their projects so the Orange Island(pkArcoiris) was divided into two hacks: PkArcoiris (Rainbow-> Numus&Ra) and this hack: Pokemon Naranja .

[edit] Plot
The general story line is that Professor Oak sends Ash to the Orange Islands to collect a mysterious Poké ball called the GS Ball found by Professor Ivy. He has various adventures as he travels from island to island, and occasionaly meets up with his foes, Team Rocket and also the natorious teams of Magma and Aqua.

The especially friendly graphics and original story of this hack have caused it to be sold illegally in international eBay auctions and in some special shops. The origin of these pirate cartridges seems to be Singapore, but this is not known for certain. In Europe (this hack is in Spanish) it is being distributed from the Netherlands without any permission from or notification to the author, who is against the sale of a free work.
