In the ROM hack Teenage Mammal Nice Chipmunks II, the player controls either Alvin, Simon, or Theodore as they fight the evil Shredder in order to save April O'Neil. There is also some plot about saving "Dave," the caretaker/father of the chipmunks, though he is not visible in the game.

As there are only three chipmunks, Donatello's graphics were not hacked. However, as all characters share some graphic data, Donatello's graphics are often a mix of turtle and chipmunk.

- TSA, the company name that appears throughout the game stands for Theodore-Simon-Alvin.
- When you defeat Krang, he exclaims "I have 2:05!" This is a reference to the invincible cheat in GoldenEye for N64, which required the player to complete the Facility on the 00 setting in 2:05.
- All of the foot soldiers are wearing sunglasses in this hack. This was done by chiefmonkey. This wasn't done for any significant reason, he just thought it looked cool.
