In the ROM hack Truthman for the Game Boy, the player is a superhero paperboy who must warn people about the dangers of drugs and alcohol. He must steer clear of dangers as he sends his positive message to people in his neighborhood, offering them a glimpse of a clean and sober life through his pamphlets that he delivers. The object of the game is to make as many people quit drugs and alcohol as possible so that they can live a pure clean life. No matter what the cost, Truthman must deliver the sobering truth to the people.
