What The Heck?! World Famous Talking Cactus?!

This game is a IPS patch about the world famous talking cactus, produced by the author of the original PR Translations (Philip Reuben) back in the early days of Pokemon hacking, made as an example for the capabilities of the PokeMap program (And was originally distributed with it.), a map editor for the English versions of Red and Blue.

Some see this patch useless as there are no Pokemon, though these observations are somewhat unnecessary as the main point of the hack was to showcase the map editing powers of the program. This game comes complete with a completely different interface, brand new towns, and some other objects.
