This ROM hack is the long-awaited sequel to 2003's blockbuster World Heroes 3. Intending to be its "official" sequel, this game continue its tradition yet again of using popular characters not traditionally associated with either the wrestling and/or the fighting genres of video games. While some characters are kept, most of them are new to the series.
The original game is based on late 80s/early 90s WWF superstars. In this ROM hack, however, they are replaced by Donald Trump, Will Smith, Adolf Hitler, the late Saddam Hussein, former U.S. president Bill Clinton, Troy Aikman, Emperor Hirohito, and of course, Duke Nukem.
